How can I use your official translations?
There are a number of situations where official translations can be requested. They usually have an official nature, required by official or legal authorities, although it could be for private institutions as well.
An important note to mention here is that an official translation does not prove that the document in the original language is valid or correct for the expected requirements.
In other words, official translations just state in the foreign language what the original document says in the original language.
I will give an example here.
Let’s imagine you need an official translation into English of a medical report produced in Spain. The official translation will accurately reflect in English what the medical report says in Spanish.
However, the medical report might not be what is required from a public institution in your country.
You may get a medical report from your doctor in Spain, stamped and signed, where as authorities in your country may need alternative proof of validation and authentication made by a higher department within the health organization in Spain.
It is very important that you ensure the document is valid in the original language before we produce the official translation, so that you don’t waste your time and money.
